The career development program of Electrification Smart Buildings (ELSB) division, invites you to become part of our team and turn your talent into success - together.

Program Overview

An 18-month rotational program that gives you the chance to work in various departments and discover your strengths. Practice in key areas:

• Production
• Quality
• Maintenance
• Warehouse
• Planning
• Engineering

Additional program features:

• A personalized training plan tailored specifically for you
• Opportunity for international experience at a selected ABB manufacturing site
• Work on real projects with both Bulgarian and international teams
