This position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities The work model for the role is: {onsite}

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Optimize the performance and functionality of existing AI agents

  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of existing codebase

  • Provide support for system testing and validation procedures

  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

  • Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or related fields;

  • Solid theoretical foundation and systematic knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence, familiar with machine learning principles, large language model (LLM) architecture, agent framework design and typical AI application paradigms;

  • Familiar with key technologies such as fine-tuning and quantization of large language models, with project experience in mainstream AI development frameworks like Lang Chain and Llama Index;

  • Proficient in Python programming language, skilled in C# and Java; familiar with high-performance web backend frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask, and capable of developing RESTful API services;

  • Experience in integrating enterprise-level business systems, able to independently complete API integration based on the RESTful protocol, and proficient in using mainstream database systems such as Elasticsearch, MySQL, and SQLite for data modeling and operations.
