Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Smart Power & Smart Building business in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are TW customers and internal organizations.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Provide technical support for Key accounts and Mega projects.
• Local certification application and management.
• Management product return and maintenance process and improvement.
• Offering technical advice and providing comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications.
• Support to develop product & solution demonstration and provide trainings to internal teams and external customers.
• Supporting the managers in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish.

Qualifications for the role

• communication in English

• electrical engineering background

• ownership and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of low voltage breaker, ACB, MCCB, MCB, meters and contactors
