About the Role:
【業務内容】弊社のフィールドセールス部門において、重要な役割を担うのがアカウントエグゼクティブです。新規顧客の獲得に注力しながら、顧客開拓の推進力となっております。勤勉で堅実なプロフェッショナルで構成される当チームは、レガシープラットフォームの壁を乗り越え、先進的なエンタープライズマネジメントクラウドを導入を検討している新規顧客を導く鍵となる存在です。チームとして、私たちは顧客とパートナーシップを組み、最適なソリューションを 生み出すことで長期的な価値提供や、顧客満足度の向上にも努めています。
主な業務内容は以下の通りです。
- 担当エリアにおける重要な商談機会を選別し、対象を絞り込み、成約に導くための戦略を立てます。
- 担当案件のアカウントプランニングを行い、プリセールスやその他部門と協力しながら、戦略的なすり合わせを行います。
- 大手企業の見込み顧客を対象とした弊社ソリューションの提案営業とサポート、および価値訴求の推進を行います。
- 既存顧客 / 見込み顧客、パイプライン、サービス予測データを正確かつ速やかに更新します。
About You
【必須(MUST)】
- フィールドセールスとして、下記のいずれかのような製品をCxO向けに5年以上売られたご経験がある方(SaaS / クラウドベースのERP / 人事向け (HCM) / 財務向け / 経営管理向け / アナリティ クスソリューション)
- さまざまな経営幹部との交渉経験がある方
- ビジネスチャンスを獲得されて来られたご経験がある方
- 担当エリア内でリード顧客を創出 / 開拓する手法開発に携わった経験がある方。
【歓迎(WANT)】
- 営業サイクルの短縮(見込み顧客の開拓など)に貢献した実績がある方
- 日頃からトレンドや顧客ニーズを通じて、業界の戦略的競合状況を分析し、弊社ソリューションを顧客企業内で効率的に展開できる方
- アカウント営業戦略において社内メンバーを巻き込み、協働した経験がある方
