Job Description

We are looking for candidates with a balanced mix of Automation and Networking expertise (50% each) across Service Provider, Enterprise, and Data Center domains.

Location: Pan India

EDUCATION & ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

Education: Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent. B.TECH / M.TECH BE/ BS

Certifications: Expert & Professional level Cisco certifications like CCIE, CCNP are highly desired.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Must have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying to this role

. Experience in product lines like ASR1K, ASR900, CRS, ISR1K, ISR4K, ASR9K, NCS500, NCS5500, NCS5700, NCS2K, NCS4K, NCS4200, c8000 series routers ( Spit Fire), Cat9K, Cat8K, Cat6K se- ries switches

Deep technical knowledge and understandings like BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, L2VPN and L3VPN, Multicast, Traffic engineering, Security, QoS

Knowledge of software programmability (Python/ansible/Rest APIs), Automation

DESIRED SKILLS:

Good to have or value add to this role

. Creates and reviews project deliverables e.g. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans

· HSRP, VRRP, VLAN, VTP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Macsec, PFC etc.

. L2 Switching

EDUCATION & ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

Education: Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent. B.TECH / M.TECH BE/ BS

Certifications: Expert & Professional level Cisco certifications like CCIE, CCNP are highly desired.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Must have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying to this role

Experience with at least 3 product lines like Catalyst 9000/6500/4500/3850/6800. Engineer must be experienced in and have internal product and/or Architecture knowledge.

Experience with at least one - Nexus 7K/5K/2K product lines will be an added advantage.

. Working knowledge and experience BGP, OSPF, ISIS, IP/MPLS, QoS, Multicast is a definite plus.

Experience Implementing /Supporting Layer 2, Layer 3 implementations will be key.

Strong Nexus 2K/3K/5K/7K/9K platform knowledge and hands on experience and ACI.

Has knowledge and experience in overlay technologies VXLAN, BGP EVPN, OTV, LISP,VPC,VDC, Fabric Path, ISSU and DC-Switching

HSRP, VRRP, VLAN, VTP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Macsec, PFC etc.

L2 Switching
