Location: ETON Centris, Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite | Night Shift Schedule

Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare Insurance Agents. You will assist customers with their healthcare benefits, insurance inquiries, and claims-related concerns.

No prior BPO experience? No problem! We welcome fresh graduates and candidates eager to start their careers in the healthcare BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls related to healthcare insurance inquiries

• Assist customers with benefits, eligibility, and claims status

• Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns

• Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer interactions

• Document customer interactions in the system

Qualifications:4 years college graduate (no experience required) / completed at least 2 years in college (must have copy of grades or TOR) + 6 months BPO experience preferably in a healthcare campaign.

• Strong English communication skills

• Basic computer navigation skills

• Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented

• Willing to work on night shift or** shifting schedules** (including weekends and holidays)

• Can work onsite daily
