Your New Role

Warner Bros. Discovery is searching for an Analyst Employee Connection to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team.

This role is based in Brazil and regularly interacting with employees to support and address their P&C Services-related requests. The analyst supports and executes standardized processes that are repeatable in nature including the employee on and off-boarding, benefits, mobility, operations, and compliance for European based employees.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Capture, respond to, and resolve P&C, pay, policy, benefits, employee data, and various other types of requests from employees, managers, and other customers leveraging Service Now (SNOW) Case Management.
  • Processes employee data transactions within Workday. Maintain ongoing data changes throughout the employee lifecycle, including employee on and off-boarding, job changes, mobility, and position management.
  • Prepares employment contracts and other related documents, information related to company benefit payments, and responds to employment verification requests.
  • Works with payroll to ensure accurate data and documentation for payroll processing.
  • Assists in managing benefits administration.
  • Reviews analyzes and understands data prior to processing, reaching out to HR partners or managers as needed.
  • Responds to requests for audits and government inspections in coordination with EC Management.
  • Process data correction requests from field or as a result of internal audits. Work with HR to identify issues and make corrections to employee data. Counsel HR when correction may impact other employee data such as vacation accrual, pension, benefits, bonus etc.
  • Respond to SNOW tickets within appropriate Service Level Agreements set forth by department.
  • Prep data for mass data loads. Analyze the data for completeness and sensibility before handing over to HRIS team for processing.
  • Assist other EC team members with workload when extra support is needed.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up to date process guides for the EC team.
  • Time and Attendance and Vacations management.
  • Union related duties responsibilities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum1-2 years Human Resources administrative or related experience required, preferably from a global shared services environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience in related field required.
  • Language Requirements:

Must be fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus but not required.

  • Technical Skills:

Experience with Workday HR/payroll or other SaaS payroll and Service Now or other case management/knowledgebase tools strongly preferred with ability to quickly learn new technology and software programs. Experience preferred with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Relationship Management:

Recognized for reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness.

  • Process Management:

Ability to manage ad hoc high-volume activities in a fast-paced environment independently.

  • Organizational Skills:

Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Communication:

Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly at all levels. Must have flexible and adaptable attitude to cope with fast changing and complex environment.
