Responsável por configurar, manter e otimizar o módulo de folha de pagamento no Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). Assegurar que os processos de cálculo, pagamentos e encargos sociais estejam em conformidade com as legislações trabalhistas locais e com as políticas internas da empresa, gerenciando todo o ciclo.

Requisitos do Cargo:

Experiência sólida em implementação ou suporte funcional do Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll.

Entendimento de processos de RH, folha de pagamento, benefícios e legislação trabalhista.
