What you'll do: Translate business goals into actionable hiring plans aligned with team capacity and market conditions. Proactively identify and mitigate hiring risks to ensure timely talent delivery. Coach and develop talent acquisition associates to enhance hiring quality and consistency. Analyze recruitment data to diagnose bottlenecks and implement targeted improvements. Maintain process discipline and compliance to ensure a consistent candidate and stakeholder experience. Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven hiring insights and manage expectations. Drive continuous process enhancements to improve efficiency and team throughput. Build capability plans to address skill gaps and support team growth. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
