Are you a highly skilled and experienced engineer ready to ensure the robust and reliable design of cutting-edge automotive products? We are looking for a dedicated Test and Validation Engineer to play a crucial role in delivering quality and performance.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure Technical Robustness: Guarantee the technical robustness of product design, integration, and validation in alignment with internal standards, customer requirements, and project economic targets.

  • Analyze Requirements: Review and analyze internal and customer technical requirements and specifications.

  • Execute Testing and Analysis: Perform and support engineering tests, simulations, and calculations (including worst-case and statistical analysis) and thermal studies.

  • Component and Product Validation: Design, integrate, and conduct comprehensive validation of components or the entire product.

  • Support Development Processes: Adhere to and actively support standardization rules, technical architecture, and defined engineering development plans and processes.

  • Collaborate on Design Reviews: Participate in design reviews with internal teams and external suppliers.

  • Provide Regular Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting on project status and results.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of active experience in technical testing, ideally within the automotive industry.

  • Technical Expertise: Expert knowledge of electrical engineering and thermodynamics.

  • Hands-on Skills: Experience with ATB (alternator test benches), electric motors, compressors, or similar electromechanical devices.

  • Language Skills: Communicative level of English for collaboration in an international team.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel (business trips and training related to technical projects and testing).
