UPMC Passavant, an ANCC Magnet-designated facility, is seeking a Full-Time Team Lead to join our team at our Mc Candless location.

This role requires availability for rotating weekends and holidays.

Shift: 9am - 5:30pm

What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day support to team members and assist with coordinating assignments

• Serve as a point of support in the absence of the shift supervisor

• Communicate effectively with departments to meet specific cleaning and service needs

• Ensure work areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety and sanitation standards

• Monitor supply and equipment availability to support daily operations

• Adhere to all departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

• HS Diploma/GED preferred

• 2 years relevant experience required

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

• Act 34
