Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including recommendation, ranking, and personalization systems to deliver relevant and engaging content to application users.
Leverage large-scale user behavior data, representation learning, and experimentation frameworks to continuously optimize recommendations, improve user retention, and enhance user experience across the platform.
Formulate real-world user data modeling in statistical learning problems.
Research and design ML models to optimize systems, features, algorithms, and product strategies.
Design and execute user procedure experiments, tests, and significance analyses by applying statistical test theories to optimize user experience.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to experiment with and refine ML models across various products, gaining insights into how ML can optimize different areas.
Mentor junior Machine Learning Engineers and interns.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics (any), Mathematics, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional two years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
Building end-to-end model training pipelines using Python or Hadoop Map Reduce, and training large-scale models using deep learning and machine learning (ML);
Designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning and deep learning models, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques;
Researching, testing and productionizing state-of-the-art deep learning models and methods;
Using SQL and Spark to perform large-scale dataset analysis, including user behavior, probability distribution, and time series analyses; and
Utilizing Big Data Framework Hadoop or Flink.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 25%.

Salary Range: $275850 - $387600 per year
