The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.
We are looking for an experienced logistics operations manager to manage the overall carrier performance in France.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the logistics operation in the French market, including (but not limited to) courier delivery, reverse logistics; Responsible for end-to-end logistics performance from buyer paid until delivered in Tik Tok shipping;
• Building and managing strategic relationships with key logistics providers;
• As the owner of SOP, responsible for operation performance quality, deepdive the root cause of issues, summarize and come up with scalable solutions to support performance improvement;
• Conduct market and industry research, develop operation plans to address issues and hedge risks caused by market or policy changes if needed;
• Manage day-to-day operations, identify and fix abnormal cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• At least 3 years of work experience in logistics operations, with an excellent understanding of system integration, first mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process and etc.

• Solid experience in a cross functional environment

• Self-motivated and results-driven, analytical and data-driven.

• Fluent communication in French & English is required to communicate with logistics partners and internal teams.

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Bachelor’s degree with logistics transportation or operations management background

• Solid working experience in platform logistics within Europe, with deep understanding and working relationships with major courier companies

• Fair understanding of e-Commerce marketplace operation and governance policy.
