Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including Tik Tok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operational needs for the Korea sales team and advertisers.
• Assist with onboarding and early-stage support for new Tik Tok Shop advertisers.
• Localize and translate playbooks, narratives, and product materials for the Korea market.
• Prepare campaign documents and simple performance reports.
• Conduct light market/industry research to support growth initiatives.
• Own small internal projects to improve workflows or client experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Shop, Marketing, Ops, Product).

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data-related, or a related quantitative field.

• Proficiency in the following languages: English and Korean. Fluency in written and spoken Korean is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Korean-speaking markets.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in execution.

• Interest in digital advertising, e Commerce.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Start as soon as possible, 3 months commitment.

• Per week attendance: 5 days.
