What to Expect
We’re looking for a Motion Designer to own all motion graphics across the vehicle UI and companion mobile app. You’ll design and implement fluid, purposeful animations that elevate the in-car and phone experience—working closely with the core UI designers and engineers. You’ll be embedded with the core vehicle software UI design team and expected to ship high-quality motion that feels native to Tesla’s design language.

What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of full-time motion design experience
- Strong portfolio of motion work 2D and 3D for interactive products (UI, apps, or games preferred)
- Experience animating with code (e.g., Lottie, Rive, CSS/JS, native animation frameworks) and/or modern AI coding/animation tools
- Ability to translate design intent into performant, production-ready motion
