State Street IM is seeking an accomplished ETF professional to join our ETF Delivery and Oversight team as an Assistant Vice President. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will become part of a global team dedicated to the review and oversight of all ETF information across multiple platforms. This position is responsible for managing key controls to ensure data accuracy throughout our global ETF product lines and supporting our diverse ETF clients. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of ETF experience, a passion for operational excellence, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, playing a vital part in upholding the integrity and reliability of ETF data worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Accuracy Controls: Oversee and enhance operational controls to ensure the integrity of ETF data across all global product lines and client deliverables for State Street IM and ETF as a Service clients.
- ETF Lifecycle Management: Actively participate in the execution and oversight of ETF lifecycle events, including examples such as fund launches, scheduled and ad hoc rebalances, and identifier changes, etc.
- Primary Market & Capital Markets Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for Capital Markets teams regarding Primary Market inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Capital Markets, Product, Global Funds Management, ETF as a Service clients, and State Street bank teams (such as ETF Operations), etc., to facilitate seamless ETF service delivery and issue resolution.
- ETF Subject Matter Expertise: Provide guidance and education on ETF process flows to internal teams and clients, acting as a trusted subject matter expert.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and best practices for global ETF delivery, ensuring State Street remains at the forefront of industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of direct ETF industry experience, preferably with exposure to product delivery, operations, or oversight.
- Demonstrated expertise in ETF structures, lifecycle events, and operational controls.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly explain ETF processes and complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.

**Minimum Salary:**
zł182 004 Annual
The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
