Operations Planning & Projects - SG Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Space & Capacity Planning:

• Plan warehouse space, storage and capacity to support business growth. Identify capacity gaps and opportunities to improve space utilisation, layouts and operational efficiency.

• Strategic Projects:

• Lead operational projects from planning to implementation, including automation, process redesign and productivity initiatives. Manage timelines, stakeholders, risks and measure project impact.

• Process Improvement & Automation:

• Identify and improve high-volume Seller Management processes. Work with Operations, Product and Tech teams to implement automation and system improvements that reduce manual work, errors and costs.

• Business & Performance Management:

Build business cases, quantify ROI and track improvements in productivity, cost savings, SLAs and operational performance.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience in process improvement, operations, supply chain, e-commerce or other high-volume environments.
• Experience with capacity/space planning, process optimisation or operational planning is preferred.
• Strong business case and financial analysis skills, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive projects end-to-end
