Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve regional warehouse billing to sellers’ standard operating procedures (SOPs) and lead related internal process improvement projects
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to improve overall financial performance of Cross Border warehouses in each market
- Collaborate with regional operations team and local warehouse team to drive cost reduction initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis on industry standard of fulfillment fees/services
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field are preferred
- Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven, structured and methodical problem solver
- Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organisational and time management skills
- Keen interest in e-commerce with an interest in numbers
