Responsibilities

• Responsible to maintain and manage SMB Merchants through online communication channel (Whats App, Email, and Call) by offering campaign participation, slice price program and other initiative under merchant portfolio given
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with SMB Merchants to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
• Able to track and achieve personal goals/KPI given

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any major
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Telesales, or Telemarketing
• Proven track record in portfolio management, preferably with direct experience handling Long Tail merchants or high-volume accounts
• Solid understanding of performance metrics and data tracking to drive merchant growth
• Previous experience or a strong, demonstrable interest in the E-wallet, food delivery, or e-commerce sectors
• Target-oriented with a strong internal drive to achieve individual and team goals
• Ability to handle moderate ambiguity and maintain high resilience in a fast-paced environment
