Responsibilities
- In-charge of the validation of all inventory items in the warehouse from fresh deliveries and day to day movement from operations.
- Manage the damage, excess and missing inventory to minimize warehouse costs through efficient and timely process of reconciliation of inventory.
- Validating, approval and rejection of cycle counts with discrepancies found and declared by all departments (inbound, outbound and inventory).
- In-charge of accounting and filling for validated damage claims to the agency for all damages with identified culprits.
Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably has 5-7 years of experience in E-commerce, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
- Knowledgeable on Warehouse Management System
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Amenable to be assigned in Bulacan
