Express Delivery Project (ShopeeFood)

The role will be a key contributor to Express / Instant Delivery Project, focusing on strategic new initiatives and project management. This is a dynamic role where you will work closely with multiple teams to manage sub-projects and and collaborating with stakeholders to improve Express Delivery project outcomes. Additionally, the role will support management team's decision by preparing detailed performance reports and presentation

Responsibilities

• PMO and support Instant Projects, including Express Delivery, Instant Delivery, and Mart
• To work with internal teams and facilitate seller/rider operations in order to achieve order & P&L target
• Be accountable and taken ownership of the Instant Operations. Suggest initiatives for continuous improvements.
• To prepare management reporting and presentation related to Instant services
• Be on top of key changes on buyer visibility, including FE rate card, vouchers, in-app and out-of-app visibility
• To support internal team when representing fleet performance and/or services to external stakeholder (i.e. brands, enablers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Economics, Communications, Marketing or related field
• 2-3 years in ecommerce industry working in project management or commercial related role.
• Excel in stakeholder management and experience working in dynamic, cross functional team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Good business acumen and critical thinking skills
• Data-driven and able to translate complex concepts / insights to get alignment from related teams
