Community Content Lead

Responsibilities

• In-charge of overall content planning and content curation catered across social media platforms
• Guide the content creators by developing original content ideation and strategy for driving Community engagement
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to produce a cohesive social media content plan
• In-charge of content strategy according to business objectives and mileages promised to brands
• Utilize different social media dashboards and analytic tools to monitor performance and optimize post efficiency
• Monitor competitors & other brands’ content that works for the market
• Monitor user feedback across different social media channels and escalate accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
• At least 5 years relevant work experience
• Experience in producing static & video content (including copywriting)
• Conceptualizing and planning social media content including ideation
• Experience managing/leading a social media marketing team
• Strong project management & operational execution abilities
• Keen understanding of social media landscape & Filipino consumer behavior/ preferences
