Nhân viên phát triển kinh doanh (Business Development) - Micro Farming, ShopeeFood (HN,HCM)

Responsibilities

1. Merchant management:

• Directly resolve merchant related issues.
• Focus on consulting and supporting customers in terms of operation and sales growth when trading on the platform
• Contact and deal with cooperation programs, build close relationships with customers
• Support to deploy advertising packages of Shopee Food
• Work with related departments to propose suitable requirements of customers, improve sales experience.

2.

Operation and Management of Contracts:

• Implement, monitor and report on operational performance and cooperation programs to develop and provide solutions in line with the next plan for the customer
• Ensure the delivery of services and products to customers is done in a timely, responsive manner
• customer needs and goals.
• Coordinate with related departments to develop and operate cooperation contracts for customers
• Propose ways to work between related departments to serve the customers and company growth.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (B2B is preferable).
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively.
• Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment required.
• Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
