BPO Management - Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily workforce fulfillment meets operational manpower requirements.
• Coordinate manpower requests with third-party vendors to maintain adequate workforce supply.
• Validate worker information and deployment schedules to ensure operational accuracy.
• Monitor workforce fulfillment, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct onboarding and training to prepare Daily Workers for operational assignments.
• Evaluate training outcomes and manage system access for qualified workers.

Requirements

• Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek Area
• Background in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Logistic is highly preferred
• Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Has prior 1-2 years of working experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or a related operational role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Able to collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a structured work environment.
