PMO, Project & Planning (Driver Operations) - ShopeeFood

Responsibilities

• Own project governance, timelines, risks, and deliverables for driver operations initiatives.
• Align project portfolios with business strategy and operational goals.
• Drive process improvements, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborating with other department leaders and Driver Ops team leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Analyze data, create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics, including project goals, budget, risks, and resource allocation.
• Providing reports for each project; Overseeing and continuously evaluating the development of the project and ensuring the result of the project.
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
• Documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
• Represent the Driver Ops team to evaluate change impacts from other departments' initiatives, then collaborate to deliver cross-function optimization projects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in PMO, operations, or project coordination.
• Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good analytical skills (data tracking, forecasting, Excel/Sheets).
• High ownership, detail‑oriented, and able to manage fast‑moving projects.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
