Senior People Service - SOCN (SPX Express)

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Services function at the Sortation Center (SOC), serving as PIC for operational employee services.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding ensuring smooth integration and compliance.
• Oversee time, attendance, and HR system management; check, verify, and maintain accurate employee data records.
• Support Employee Relations (ER) documentation, site visits (E2E visits), and coordinate site-level emergency response activities.
• Provide operational support for recruitment activities as needed.
• Manage facilities maintenance, office supplies, workplace stationery, and employee welfare amenities (snacks/beverages).
• Oversee contracted cleaning and maintenance outsourcing services to ensure a hygienic, safe, and organized workplace.
• Ablr to identify and resolve unexpected workplace or facilities issues with initiative and sound operational judgment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of legal and practices related to day-to-day management of employees
• Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
• Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization
• Current scope of work is equivalent to that of an analyst rank and requires checking and verifying employee data.
• Effectively handles unexpected issues at the workplace, showing initiative and sound judgment.
• Able to work well with related teams.
