Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the team.
- Manage seller-related concerns and provide timely support and resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor operational tasks, track issues, and follow up on action items.
- Support process improvements and other operational initiatives as needed.
- Assist with marketing, e-commerce, and campaign-related activities when required.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business and seller growth initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, seller support, or stakeholder management.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in marketing, e-commerce, or campaign management is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow into roles related to Seller Acquisition or Mart Operations.
