Responsibilities

Screen resumes, send interview invitations, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Utilize multiple recruitment channels to support the hiring needs cross regions.

Handle administrative processes related to salary verification and onboarding procedures.

Prepare and analyze recruitment reports for management review.

Perform other tasks and projects assigned by supervisors.

履歷篩選、發送面試邀約、執行電話面談，並與用人主管協調安排面試時程。

運用多元招募管道，支援跨區域人才招募需求。

負責薪資核對及新進人員報到等相關行政作業。

製作並分析招募相關報表，提供管理層作為決策參考。

執行主管交辦之其他專案及工作事項。
Requirements
1. 具備良好溝通能力及文書處理能力。
2. 態度積極，抗壓性高，能適應電商快節奏之工作環境。
