Sales Acquisition Executive, Buyer Self-Collect - SPX Express

Responsibilities

• Crafting monthly sales strategies and activities to achieve target assigned
• Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pools in increasing network of points
• On-ground hunting for partnerships to achieve individual targets
• Manage a group of sales contract staffs to ensure group targets are met
• Monitor collection points' performance by Areas to ensure meeting company’s direction
• Observe and report competitor activities or market landscape, in respective Areas
• Constantly ensure SPX Express's presence is visible within the Areas managed
• To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX’s long term partners

Requirements

• Diploma in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing
• Based in designated region with own transportation
• Equipped with door sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Telco, Payment or Insurance industry
• Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
• Excellent command of English, along with the ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Melayu to communicate with partners from diverse backgrounds; Mandarin is a bonus especially in targeted Areas
• Open to flexible working arrangements during peak seasons / based on business needs
