Responsibilities
- Support the team in execution of CRM campaigns and campaign optimisation workstream
- Assist in preparing the campaign performance reports or periodic reporting and developing insights for continuous improvement of campaigns through data-driven approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional regional and local teams to execute project tasks
- Support initiatives and experiments implementation to improve business outcomes or efficiency
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or higher
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Possess analytical mindset, passionate about using data to make decisions
- Proficiency in Excel
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Students who can commit part-time for at least 3 working days a week (for a minimum of 3 months) are also welcome to apply
