Logistics L3 Agent - Contract (Shopee)

Responsibilities

• Maintain order management operations by monitoring stuck orders that impact order status and cash flow, reducing buyer contacts, and resolving over-SLA orders.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve logistics system issues and operational tickets raised by cross-functional stakeholders (CS, RR, Food, and WH) to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain and configure logistics system settings based on requirements from internal and external stakeholders to support stable operations, streamline processes.

Requirements

• 0-1 year in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics Operations, E-commerce Fulfillment, or Operations Support.
• Skilled in managing complex and high-stakes customer cases involving Shopee buyers, sellers, and users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage critical situations effectively.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and with stakeholders.
