Fleet Control Tower

Responsibilities

• Network Orchestration: Design and execute daily line haul plans that connect our fulfillment centers, sortation hubs, and delivery stations.
• Expansion Integration: Seamlessly integrate new facilities into the existing network, adjusting routes and schedules to maintain system fluidness.
• Dynamic Resource Allocation: Manage the delicate balance between our Internal Fleet and Third-Party Vendors, prioritizing cost-efficiency without sacrificing service quality.
• SLA Management: Ensure 100% compliance with increasingly strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), particularly for new premium services and time-sensitive lanes.
• Capacity Optimization: Maximize truck utilization and minimize "empty miles" in a market where truck supply is tightening.
• Contingency Planning: Develop "Plan B" scenarios for network disruptions, seasonal surges, or sudden changes in vendor availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations, transport planning, performance analysis, or continuous improvement (e-commerce or express logistics preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of Linehaul or transportation operations is an advantage
• Experience in KPI tracking, reporting, or dashboard development
• Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Able to manage multiple tasks and support projects in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with a structured and data-driven working style
• Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills
