Responsibilities
- Handle DTI and other government‐facilitated mediation cases
- Prepare legal and operational documentation for dispute resolution
- Manage high‐level customer escalations
- Ensure alignment with PH consumer laws
- Provide insights to reduce repeat issues and improve internal processes
Requirements
- E-commerce background
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Familiarity with PH consumer laws
- Preferably with DTI mediation or dispute‐handling experience
