CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责
Objective:
In this role, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team across marketing, sales, product development, AE and R&D to advance GI APAC’s innovation, value chain and sustainability strategic pillars and helps position and promote the company’s products and services in support of business growth strategies and priorities. You will develop and deploy marketing communications strategies that deliver key content/stories through multiple channels, integrated marketing, trade shows and experiential events. You will also manage market and new segment study for General Industrial Coating, developing and implementing messaging for our overall business strategy.
a.
Lead development and implementation of new marketing segment strategy and plans for General Industrial Coating that align with business plans and employ audience-appropriate channel mixes.
b.
Develop & execute marketing communication strategy for long term and short term to support the business and enhance the branding awareness.
c.
Digital marketing and PR strategy and execution
-Develop, manage, and deliver content that engages target audiences. This includes message development, writing and storytelling content development and channel delivery.
-Have a heavy focus on external project implementation across channels – earned media, owned, social and paid.
d.
Plan and organize customer events, trade shows, industry seminar and internal meeting.
e.
Plan & manage the customized campaign to strengthen the value proposition, like Coating School and Color match.
f.
Manage marcom budget to support yearly budget planning.
g.
Work closely with product marketing, R&D and sales to support the new product launch and develop segment based marketing tools including video, literature…etc.
h.
Work with government and the right association to understand the industry and regulation development.
i.
Channel management and salesforce management
