This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Located at Scripps Anderson Medical Pavilion on the Scripps Memorial Campus in La Jolla.Why join Scripps Health?

As the Clinical RN for Diabetes and Endocrinology, your duties will include:

• ~40% direct patient care - daily nurse visits for injection and CGM placements and education, & ~60% phones and in-basket management.
• Performing patient assessments, care tasks, and medication administration as appropriate.
• Assisting glucose monitoring education for diabetic patients.
• Educate patients and document patient interactions while practicing infection control.
• Contributing to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within your own scope of practice.

Required Qualifications:

• CA RN license
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• ADN or Nursing Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year outpatient RN experience
• Diabetes education
• 1-2 years RN experience

Position Pay Range: $51.66-$74.92/hour
