招聘
Scopely is looking for a Product Manager to join the Star Trek™ Fleet Command team within our Midcore division in Bangalore, India on a hybrid basis.
At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day—whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers developing, publishing, and innovating in the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
Star Trek™ Fleet Command is a top-grossing MMO 4X strategy game that has captivated players for over five years. As we continue to expand and evolve the game, we are seeking a highly driven and analytical Senior Product Manager to own the performance and strategic direction of our live content, including monthly events, offers, and player experience.
What You’ll Do
As the Product Manager – Performance, you’ll contribute to the optimization and execution of strategies that improve player engagement, retention, and monetization across our live game. You will focus on key Live Ops pillars such as events, feature performance, and live sales; ensuring that everything we launch is performant, data-informed, and player-first.
You’ll play a key role in supporting high-impact live systems by analyzing results, identifying improvement areas, and partnering with other stakeholders to adjust live operations in real time. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of recurring events, Live Ops features, and in-game offers, identifying areas of improvement through player data and KPIs.
- Support the implementation and tuning of reward structures, pacing, and monetization strategies across multiple player segments.
- Help develop scalable, repeatable workflows for tracking Live Ops effectiveness and supporting in-flight adjustments to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with Product Ops, Design, Economy, and Analytics to review event configurations and support the timely execution of Live Ops initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to Live Ops in a free-to-play mobile game environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with product KPIs, dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication and organization skills; able to coordinate effectively across teams including design, product marketing, economy, and data science.
- Attention to detail and a deep appreciation for the player experience.
- Passion for games, with an understanding of F2P systems, progression loops, and player behaviour.
Work Schedule
This role follows a non-standard working schedule to support close collaboration with a U.S.-based team. The position requires a regular daily overlap from
9: 30 PM to 11:30 PM IST to align with the Los Angeles team (this overlap is a fixed requirement). During the initial ramp-up period, new hires are also expected to be available for collaboration during daytime hours, approximately between
**10:**30 AM and 4:30 PM IST, with some flexibility. Candidates should be comfortable working a split schedule during the ramp-up phase, with at least two hours of guaranteed overlap with the U.S. team.
At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that! We are committed to creating a diverse, supportive work environment where everyone is treated with respect. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us & embrace the adventure!
