Join our dynamic team as a Product Marketing & Management Senior Professional and drive the success of our strategic product portfolio through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven decisions!

Role Summary The Product Owner manages and prioritizes the product backlog, translating business and customer needs into actionable user stories.

The role supports roadmap execution, collaborates with Agile teams, and ensures that product development aligns with customer value and strategic priorities.

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Support Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer value and business priorities.

Translate requirements into user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.

Support roadmap execution and product launch readiness activities.

Contribute to identifying repetitive ETOs/customizations to convert into standard features.

Sales, Marketing & Communication Assets Support creation of sales and commercial assets (presentations, brochures, comparisons).

Collaborate with Communication teams to build digital assets (web content, app/showroom updates).

Ensure technical documentation is aligned with product updates.

Contribute to content topics for blogs, application notes, and sales trainings.

Market Research & Competitive Benchmarking Conduct benchmarking: competitor mapping, feature comparison, technical differentiation.

Monitor competitor launches and market movements to adjust backlog priorities.

Consolidate market insights to support feature definition and roadmap alignment.

Pricing & Business Case Support Support price list updates and pricing consistency checks.

Provide inputs for business cases (basic cost, volume, or margin information).

Link pricing insights to prioritization of backlog items when relevant.

Data Analysis & Internal Reporting Track and report KPIs: orders, sales, margins, mix, product adoption.

Analyze anomalies or trends and propose backlog adjustments.

Support win/loss analysis with input from regions and Sales.

Collaboration with Regions & Cross‑Functional Teams Collect requirements and feedback from regional teams to ensure product–market fit.

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Mar Com for product readiness.

Support Procurement/Supply Chain on topics influencing backlog prioritization (e.g., manufacturability).

Customer & Stakeholder Interaction Support Sales during key customer opportunities, especially with new features/products.

Participate in customer visits (on-site or with travel) to gather feedback and validate needs.

Prepare materials for customer demos, presentations, and internal trainings.

What will make you successful Master’s Degree in Energy Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Previous experience of 2–3 years in a similar role.
