BA Fire SaaS Digital Champion Location: Milan, Italy

Role Overview
As a Digital Champion, you will be the primary catalyst for the digital transformation of our Fire Europe Channel Partners. You aren't just selling a product; you are re-engineering the business models of our Fire Integrators, Distributors, Installers and key partners. You will evangelize the value of **Honeywell CLSS (Connected Life Safety Services) **as the foundational operational system for the business model, drive the introduction and usage of new digital and software tools and push adoption and installed base conversion **for Honeywell Self-Test **detectors, moving our partners from labour-intensive to a high-margin, digital-first,SaaS-driven business model.The Profile: Who You Are
We are looking for a hybrid profile: part B2B Saas Sales, part SaaS Evangelist, and part Digital Architect.
Required Background:
SaaS Expertise: 5+ years of experience in a SaaS, IoT, or Cloud-based software environment (Prop Tech, Industrial IoT, or Enterprise Software experience is highly preferred).
Channel Mastery: Proven track record of managing or enabling 2nd-tier channels/distributors through a digital transition.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to discuss **NPV, IRR, and Gross Retention Rates (GRR)**with partner CEOs, while also discussing API integrations and Cloud Architecture with technical leads.
Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science. An MBA is a plus.
Preferred Competencies:
Experience with the "Push-Pull" sales methodology.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Deep understanding of the "Subscription Economy" and how to minimize churn in a service-led model.
Fire Industry or Building Automation Domain Knowledge is a key differentiator
Critical Metrics for Success (KPIs)
SaaS Attach Rate: % of regional hardware deals including a CLSS subscription.
Partner Digital Certification: Number of partners successfully transitioned to the "Digital Service" model.
Self-Test Adoption: Market penetration of Self-Test detectors within your region.
Pipeline Velocity: Speed of transition from hardware quote to activated digital license.

The Scope: What You Will Do
The "Join the Dots" Initiative: Lead the regional strategic engagement with key channel partners to integrate CLSS into their standard work, from winning new projects to maintenance contracts.
SaaS Profitability Consulting: Act as a business consultant to partners, using ROI calculators to prove how CLSS, remote testing and digital compliance increase their technician capacity and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
Technical Overlay: Support Territory Managers on complex digital specifications, ensuring that "Coupled" hardware/software solutions are the default choice for all new projects.
Enablement & Evangelism: Design and deliver "Digital Transformation Workshops" for partner leadership teams, moving them from a Capex mindset to an Opex/Lifecycle mindset.
Feedback Loop: Partner with Product Management (Matrix) to ensure the EN-certified fire systems (Esser, Notifier, Gent, etc.) are evolving to meet local European digital market needs.
