  • Supplier selection & management in Innovate & Develop phases Supplier/supply risk management in Innovate & Develop phases Supplier/supply contractualization in Innovate & Develop phases DVC OG Material Cost (TCO rules: Total Cost of Ownership) in Innovate & Develop phases Procurement leadership into project core team defining Category and Supply Chain Resiliency strategies into product designs
