About the Role

The Verkada Team is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Fulfillment team in Taiwan! We are looking for a self-starter to support our global Operations and Sales teams. This opportunity requires an experienced individual with excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a can-do attitude!

What You’ll Do

• Communicate order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and in person.

• Process incoming orders, validate purchase order contents are accurate, engage with our warehouses to ensure timely dispatch.

• Process incoming returns from our customers and warehouse. This includes receiving, categorizing, and initiating refurbishment process.

• Work with the larger operations (Global Operations, Supply Chain) team to support inbound and outbound shipments, escalations and exceptions.

• Collaborate with Finance on various returns / orders issues.

• Take on other projects and tasks to help support Verkada operations

What You Bring

• +2 years minimum experience in a call center setting

• Email handling and order entry experience in high volume environment

• Proficient with both written and verbal communication (email, phone, in person). Knowledge of email etiquette is required

• Ability to complete tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision, requiring self-discipline, self-motivation, and ability to manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail, comfortable working in fast-paced startup environment, and team player with positive attitude

• Must be able to pass a customer service assessment

• Netsuite and Salesforce experience (not required, but a plus)

• Ability to work 7:00AM-4:00PM Taipei time

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
