What this job involves

• Support day‑to‑day FM operations to ensure the office environment is safe, functional, and well‑maintained.

• Conduct regular workplace walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and improvement opportunities if required.

• Coordinate with service vendors for repair works, preventive maintenance, and minor project implementations.

• Act as MAC main POC for client all sites move, add, change requests in Taiwan.

• Perform ad‑hoc FM tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Weekend or after‑hours overtime may be required to oversee vendor works, repairs, urgent facility issues, or office moves.

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Desired experience and technical skills Required

• Degree / Higher Diploma / Associate holder in Real Estate / Building Services / Facilities Management / Property Management / Hotel Management / Business Administration or equivalent

• Minimum 5-years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management / Property Management / Building Services

• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Customer-oriented

• Problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in PC operations and MS Office
