For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $114,400 - $171,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Summary Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Process Quality Lead to drive consistency, quality, and efficiency in ERP testing and cross‑functional process governance within our North American digital transformation program, ensuring seamless alignment with global corporate standards.

This strategic role focuses on process improvement, documentation quality, audit readiness, and testing governance; not hands‑on software testing.

You will partner across business and technical teams to bring structure, consistency, and efficiency to our end‑to‑end ERP release processes.

  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Testing Leads, Scrum Masters, and technical teams to define end‑to‑end test scenarios.
  • Oversee testing campaign planning, execution visibility, and cross‑team coordination.
  • Determine and guide manual vs. automated test coverage in partnership with offshore automation teams.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of defects with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide daily KPI reporting covering test coverage, execution progress, defect leakage, and UAT success rates.
  • Review and improve change request documentation for accuracy, completeness, traceability, and audit readiness.
  • Identify process gaps versus global ERP governance standards and implement improvements.
  • Strengthen documentation workflows, version control, and evidence capture.
  • Standardize testing and documentation operating models across teams.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the transition from SAP Solution Manager to SAP CALM from a process perspective.
  • Ensure governance processes are reflected appropriately in new tooling.
  • Act as the central liaison between business testers, technical teams, and release management.

Required

Experience: and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP-focused roles (testing coordination, process governance, release management, or business analysis).
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes; supply chain exposure is highly advantageous.
  • Background supporting ERP testing cycles (functional, integration, UAT).

Experience: driving process improvements and standardizing workflows.

  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with audit expectations.
  • Comfortable influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Experience: working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred

Experience: with SAP modules or large‑scale ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager or SAP CALM.

Experience: with global ERP standards, process governance, or release management.

  • Exposure to large‑scale ERP testing campaigns or ERP implementation programs. PLEASE REVIEW PRIOR TO APPLYING: This role is preferred to be onsite in Franklin, TN.
