Job responsibilities: Manage P&L, formulate & implement sales strategies for data center solution team Achieve sales growth by developing positive relationships with clients, gaining a detailed understanding on their requirements, challenges, and strategic direction Detect and manage project opportunities, being accountable for the negotiation and closing of the deals to profitably grow Manage customer responsiveness and overall customer satisfaction.

  • Keep regular contacts with customer to ensure satisfaction before and after execution Conduct the market analysis to obtain business insight, and initiate the strategy & business plans to drive business growth Grow ecosystem (Specifier, Partners, Contractor to End Users) to increase hit and penetration rate Qualifications
  • External Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. MBA is an added advantage 5 years of working experience in data center and mission critical industry Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in data center solution including UPS, CRAC, Racks & PDU and DC software Agile, result-oriented, and organized Sales team management Good team player to work with different cross functions entities Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
