We are looking for a visionary Solution Architect to lead the transformation of our DMLT service portfolio. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex business needs and cutting-edge technology, turning manual service implementations into fully autonomous, self-driving solutions. You won't just design the future of DMLT services; you will build it.
Strategic Solution Design & Presales
- Architect end-to-end automated ecosystems that drastically reduce human touchpoints, moving our services toward a zero-touch delivery model.
- Lead the hands-on design and deployment of AI Agents and intelligent automation pipelines that can reason, execute, and heal themselves.
- Decouple complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures using SAP Business AI, Python, and ABAP.
- Act as the primary technical voice, convincing stakeholders (from Consultants to the C-Suite) of the value of automation and defining the roadmap to get there.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest SAP Business AI advancements, enabling customers to leverage AI and advanced analytics for competitive advantage.
What you bring
- 7+ years of Consulting or Development experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML/RPA end to end deployment.
- Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., Ui Path, Automation Anywhere) and Microsoft Power Platform (ideally Power Automate proven experience). Proficient in integration technologies and APIs.
- Experience with SAP ERP, SAP GUI scripting, BAPIs, RFCs, and connectors for automation.
- Proven ability to design end-to-end automation solutions for complex SAP landscapes with the ability to identify, prioritize, and define high-value SAP automation use cases.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project, etc.)

- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders through both verbal and written channels.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy, to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and align team members toward shared objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging strong communication to manage projects and drive successful outcomes.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 135600 - 230600(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
