What you'll do:

1. Deliver exceptional service during every interaction with SAP Concur to foster a high level of client satisfaction.
2. Advocate for customers by sharing their perspective, influencing internal teams to achieve positive outcomes.
3. Maintain oversight of case logs, perform trend analysis for proactive risk mitigation, and ensure SLA adherence.4. Create and maintain customer dashboards to provide real-time performance metrics.
5. Follow predefined processes and adhere to Select Care templates and documentation.
6. Escalate unresolved client issues promptly to ensure SLA timelines are met.
7. Collaborate with Select Care Managers to prepare for briefings, providing background and status on high-profile customer issues.
8. Identify and propose improvements to Select Care processes, documentation, and streamline services for efficiency.
9. Understand clients' business requirements to compile site review documents, support configuration, and exceed client expectations.Analyze and resolve customer cases effectively.

6: 00 PM - 3:00 AM IST, supporting US-based customers.

  • Collaborate within the shared services team that assists large North American clients who have premium Select Care or Advanced Care services.
