Position Responsibilities:

Design and deliver production-grade machine learning products from end-to-end. Design, develop and deploy state-of-the-art and scalable machine learning models to achieve different optimization goals, such as ads click (pCTR), app-install optimization, ROAS optimization, and retention. Research the latest machine learning technologies with industry trends, create prototypes of new machine learning solutions, and deploy the solutions into production. Analyze complex problems with massive advertising data, identify gaps, and propose and execute technical proposals. Collaborate with different internal machine learning teams to improve codebase and product health. Work closely with cross-functional partner teams in global settings to deliver new machine learning features and solutions and achieve business objectives. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or another related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skills: (1) working on machine learning and data mining related projects; (2) programming experience in Python, Go, or related object-oriented programming language; and (3) working on production-grade machine learning solutions in the digital advertising industry. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Salary Range: $187,741 /year to $204,000 /year.
