What You'll Do

Advance the planning and reasoning capabilities of the end-to-end driving policy model through cutting-edge reinforcement learning (RL) methods

Research and develop novel RL algorithms to achieve superhuman safety levels

Scale up RL data pipelines for collection and high-quality labeling

Have an outsized impact by shipping your models to millions of Tesla vehicles worldwide

What You'll Bring

Extensive experience in RL research and development

Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of software engineering best practices

Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow

$176,000 - $420,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
