The Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) team is seeking a highly motivated, experienced finance professional to join the MRAD Product Area as an early in career Qatar/MENA NASAMS Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst (P2) for the Qatar Long-term Sustainment program.

The flagship product within the MRAD portfolio is the NASAMS system that is built in partnership with Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace (KDA). The system includes a RTX built AN/MPQ-64 Sentinel Radar, a KDA Fire Distribution Center and a Launcher that uses both KDA and RTX components. NASAMS is currently deployed in over 10 countries around the world and the LRP has multiple Domestic and International Captures.

The successful candidate will collaborate with key leaders within the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain and IPT Leads providing the team with financial management, insight and solutions to better drive the program needs. In the role, the selected individual will support the management of cost control, EVMS compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the program.

The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.

This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done at the Andover, MA location. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do

  • Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
  • Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development
  • Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.)
  • Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
  • Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes
  • Develop accurate forecasts in support of monthly forecasts / AOP / 5YP processes
  • Review of financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field & a minimum of 2 years professional Finance work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, and/or variance analysis

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience including Estimates at Complete (EAC) process, program controls, program scheduling, cash management, and financial planning and reporting (FP&A experience)
  • Experience with SAP, Rplan, BW, PMX, EDIT+ or a similar tool
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM); EV Certification preferred or ability to earn within 2 months
  • Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
