About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Production Planning & Control, you will lead end-to-end production planning and execution control for GTF and/or PW4000 engine shop visits. You will develop and manage detailed production schedules, balance capacity, material, and labor constraints, and own critical path management to achieve on-time delivery (OTD) and turnaround time (TAT) targets. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, and Network Execution teams, you will proactively identify risks, drive recovery actions, support execution reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with CORE, EH&S, and Ethics standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production planning and execution control for GTF and/or PW4000 engine shop visits
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedule to establish sequence to meet delivery targets
- Balance capacity, material and labour constraints to achieve on-time delivery (OTD) and Turnaround time (TAT) commitments
- Own critical path management, proactively identifying risks and driving recovery actions
- Interface with the various business functions such as Engineering, Customer Service and Quality and multi-level discussions impacting operations and engine delivery objectives
- Drive execution reviews, ensure schedule discipline, and support executive reporting
- Collaborate with EH Programs / Network Execution teams to derive advance solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve schedule flow, and planning robustness
- Ensure compliance of standards; drive CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture in the team
- Assume roles in EH&S sub-committees
- Carry out any other duties as assigned

Qualifications
You Must Have
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in production planning/ control or operations management within a complex manufacturing, MRO or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end production flow, including material readiness and execution control
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, engineering/ technical and quality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into clear actions/ decisions
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Able to learn quickly with a strong ability to drive and deliver results
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with strong leadership and business acumen
- Able to work with all levels of management and in a fast-paced, matrix reporting organization
- Good team player and interpersonal skills
