You will perform visual and dimensional inspections to written quality plans on incoming, in-process, and finished engine components, working closely with operations to ensure regulatory and quality compliance and to issue ARC for release of components back to service.

GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.

Role Overview:

• Ensure quality of parts meet specification requirements.

• Ensure proper work clearance, correctness and completeness.

• Prevent non-conforming parts from proceeding to the next work station.

• Provide support to Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers for evaluation, investigations, audits related activities.

• Collect data, feedback on the quality of parts inspected to the Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers.

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections, and set area management of the parts.

• Perform scheduled maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

• Verify completion of all maintenance tasks.

• Issue ARC to release components back to service.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Pass CAAS M10, SAR-66 CO2, TM1 and M15.

• 2 years relevant MRO work experience in repair of aircraft engine components.

• Practicing certifying staff in recent 6 months.

• Knowledge of CAAS, EASA, FAA regulations.

• From C-rating MRO company is an advantage.
